Your home may be your most important investment. The Architectural Review Committee serves to protect the value of your property by ensuring that homeowners do not modify their homes or property in a manner that would negatively affect the values of other properties in the neighborhood.

Before painting, installing siding, building any structure, or otherwise modifying the exterior of your home or property, you must submit your plans to the Architectural Review Committee for approval to insure compliance with the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions that are included in your deed. Plans submitted should include a color sample of the proposed house paint or siding.
