HOA Dues and Payment Options

WHPA property owners are equally responsible for the costs of maintaining the common areas, the Association’s other costs, and overhead. Upkeep of the Association’s common areas includes electricity, water, maintenance and repair, tree removal, landscaping, lawn care, and taxes. Other expenses include the annual homeowners meeting and other events the Board of Directors may approve for the benefit of homeowners. The Board of Directors establishes the annual assessment in accordance with the Winters Hill Place Association Bylaws.

Payment Coupons (in case you misplaced them)

In 2025, the annual assessment for each property is $317.00 for the Year of 2025. You may make one annual payment for the full amount of $317.00, two semi-annual payments of $158.50, or four quarterly payments of $79.25.

Payments 30 days in arrears are forwarded to the Association attorney for collection. A late fee of $20.00 per quarter will be assessed for all payments 30 days past due.

You may pay by personal check mailed to the HOA’s address located on your Coupons or online through PayPal’s secure server. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card through PayPal. No credit card information is entered or retained on this website. All financial transactions are handled through the PayPal secure server.

PLEASE NOTE: A convenience fee will be added if you choose to pay via PayPal to cover the PayPal fees.

This is for the first 6 months of the year which totals $165.44 ($158.50 base + $6.94 PayPal convenience fee.) The two payments are due January 1, 2025 and July 1, 2025.

Quarterly Dues are $83.70 ($79.25 base + $4.45 PayPal convenience fee.) January, February, March’s dues are due on January 1, 2025. April, May, and June’s dues are due April 1, 2025.
